PFND3DKMT_CHECKMULTIPLANEOVERLAYSUPPORT callback function

Description

The PFND3DKMT_CHECKMULTIPLANEOVERLAYSUPPORT callback function checks the details of hardware support for multiplane overlays.

Parameters
