PFND3DKMT_CHECKMULTIPLANEOVERLAYSUPPORT2 callback function

Description

The PFND3DKMT_CHECKMULTIPLANEOVERLAYSUPPORT2 callback function checks the details of hardware support for multiplane overlays.
