wiauDbgInit macro

Description

The wiauDbgInit function initializes WIA debugging.

Parameters

`a`

hInstance [in, optional] - Is the handle to the DLL instance.

Remarks

If the wiauDbgInit function not called, all DLLs loaded by a process inherit the debug flags of that process.
